Workforce inclusion and excellence

I attended the AURA Workforce and Diversity Committee (WDC) meeting 13-14 Dec 2016 in Tucson. This a wonderful group working on many fronts to achieve greater excellence in astronomy by making the field more inclusive of underrepresented demographics. My front is primarily inclusive hiring.
